House Rules
This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest.
A 150 лв deep cleaning fee will be applied to guests who do not throw away their trash as required in the checkout instructions but instead leave more than two trash bags for housekeeping to dump; who leave heavily soiled the kitchen, excess dirty dishes to wash, damage walls or surfaces, etc.
Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc.
A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out.
A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc.
This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

A experiência como um todo foi sensacional. O apartamento é bonito, espaçoso e muito confortável. Roupas de cama e banho novas e limpas. Boa localização. O anfitrião muito atencioso e responde rápido as mensagens. O check in e check out muito fácil. Recomendo. Não tenho o que comentar.

We loved the apartment; the welcome was warm, it is modern, spacious, sparkling clean and very well equipped. The Central Train and Bus Stations are near, as well as the metro, from where the city center is accessible easily. Drago and his assitant Margo sent us all the information we needed well in time, and more than once. Each occassion we received clear and exact instructions so we had no problems with finding and entering the apartment. From the airport we were offered a free transfer, which also happened without any problem. Our driver was nice, kind and punctual, in addition, he showed us and told us about the sights we passed on our way to the apartment. the We had a wonderful time here, this accommodation is highly recommended. Despite the air conditioning it was very warm at night.

The apartment was very spacious and nice. Everything was clean and well prepared. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The property was clean and spacious, suitable for a larger family. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood. The host was very helpful. The apartment has all the utilities necessary for a longer stay. The only thing we could not figure out was how to turn on the hot water to take a shower. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a big inconvenience. The parking in the area is not free. We didn't know that and we could not pay the parking because we didn't have a Bulgarian phone number. There aren't any parking meters either. You can only pay the parking by message.
