This is a residential property only. Parties are not allowed and in the event of a neighbor noise complaint a 100 leva fine will be charged to the guest.
Late check outs need to be coordinated and agreed on in writing in advance. A 50 leva late check out fee will be charged for unauthorized late check outs after 12:00 (noon). This is to offset the cost of rescheduling my housekeeping routinе, extra services, etc.
A 100 lv penalty shall be levied to guests who do not promptly return the property keys upon check out.
A 100 lv lockout fee will be collected for guests who require assistance with entry into the apartment during their stay due to forgotten keys inside, etc.
This is a non-smoking apartment. A 100 leva fee will be charged if guests smoke inside the apartment.

Mükemmel bir daire, 1+1 formatında. herşey çok yeni ve güzel dekore edilmiş. Kapıdan bahçeye çıkabiliyorsunuz bu da harika bir olanak. Ayrıca Aracınızı hemen bahçenin yanına park edebiliyorsunuz. Kameralı ve tesise özel otoparkı var. Konum olarak öğrenci bölgesinde, 94 numaralı otobüsle 0.80 euroya şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Otobüste temassız kredi kartı geçerli. bu nedenle konum olarak da gayet uygun. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Herşey çok iyiydi.

Apartamentul este foarte spațios și modern mobilat, curățenie impecabila, terasa este minunată! Mi-a depășit așteptările, self check in foarte ușor și rapid, dispune și de parcare la cerere ceea ce este un mare plus. Nu au fost aspecte

Este a doua oara când aleg acest apartament. Recomand tuturor. Nici nu știu cu ce sa încep...cafea oferita, bucătăria dotata cu tot ce îți trebuie. Produsele din baie de bună calitate. Curățenie. Terasa cu iarba. Au și un parc în vecinătate. Lidl. Billa. O gramada de restaurante.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy. Everything very modern, and you had everything you need for a short or long stay. Very very useful that you can book a parking place which made our stay very easy.
Drago is an excellent host, answers quick and helps in everything you need.
We highly recommend this place and for sure we will stay again with Drago as host.
